Conditions of Pre-Trial Supervision

The Court ordered that you submit to supervision to the Adult Court Services Pre-Trial Services Officer as a condition of release on a surety or cash bond. This supervision requires that you abide by the following rules:

1. You must appear in court each time you have a court date and it is your responsibility to remember when your court dates are. You must be on time.*

2. You must appear as instructed by your Pre-Trial Officer. If you fail to show for an appointment, a warrant for your arrest may be issued.*

3. You must notify the Pre-Trial Officer of any changes of address, telephone number, employment changes, or contact with law enforcement immediately.*

4. You must not leave the state of Ohio while this case is pending.*

5. You must not commit an offense against the laws of Ohio or any other state.*

6. You not to use, own or possess any alcohol or drugs. All prescriptions must be verified.*

7. You are not to use, or possess any firearms or other weapons.*

8. You are to be employed within the next 30 days. Verification of employment must be given to your probation officer immediately upon receipt of employment.*

9. You must comply with any additional conditions of release AS SPECIFIED TO YOU DURING YOUR BOND HEARING.*
